Description
1. Create a book, section and couple of chapters
(e.g. http://booktype-dev.sourcefabric.org/euro2012-quarterfinals/_edit/)
2. I went to the uefa.com, copied a certain chapter (ctrl+A) containing images and bunch of hyperlinks
3. I pasted the selected text (containing reference to UEFA.com rights) in my newly created chapter (CzechRepublic vs Portugal)
4. Publish the BookBook (pdf) output format
Obtained result:
Pasted text containing hyperlinks is not rendered properly in PDF format
The hyperlinks do not have the look and feel of hyperlinks
Only the bottom part of the rectangular ad's is clickable
IF you look at the preview of the book within http://booktype-dev.sourcefabric.org/euro2012-quarterfinals/_edit/
you will see the images and hyper links published
Please find attached the generated euro2012quarterfinals-ComicBook (168mmx260mm).pdf file
and also the snapshot describing the rendering problem

If you look at the preview of the Chapter from within the Booktype environment the hyperlinks are rendered properly and are leading to correct landing pages
