Description
1. Create a book, section and couple of chapters
(e.g. http://booktype-dev.sourcefabric.org/euro2012-quarterfinals/_edit/)
2. go to publishing wizard and choose Book option + BookSize= ComicBook (168mmx260mm)
3. Publish the Book in (pdf) output format
Obtained result:
not all the chapters are published using ComicBook (168mmx260mm) format
the pdf file is attached ( please refer to second chapter Germany vs Greece)
