Publishing->BookSize: Selection of USLetter(215mmx279mm) halves the picture in the first chapter

        Description

        prerequisite #1 : have a Book created (http://booktype-dev.sourcefabric.org/euro2012/_edit/#)
        prerequisite#2: be registered on Lulu.com


        1 Publish a book using Lulu.com publishing option
        2. Submit your Lulu.com Credentials
        3. follow the default steps
        4. Use BookSize=USLetter(215mmx279mm)

        Obtained result:
        A picture from the first chapter gets halved

          1. If the CSS is NOT overridden
          a. the pictures are halved (in this particular case using USLetter output for Book size)
          b. the chapters are starting not in proper places (unlike publishing with other BookSizes)

          2. If the CSS is overridden and
          5.5"x8.5"
          @import url("size/5.5x8.5-hacks.css");
          uncommented then the last chapter of the book is published partially
