Description

1. Create a book having few chapters
(e.g. http://booktype-dev.sourcefabric.org/euro2012/_edit/#)

2. Go to Publishing options and select Oamaru Broadsheer (382mmx540mm)

3. Publish the Book

Obtained result:
Not all the chapters are published
Namely: third chapter: Czech_Greece is NOT published
