Description

Create a book on http://sofab.booktype.pro/ and click the Publish this book button. The message returned is:

Your book has been generated at this url: http://objavi.booktype.pro/books/newscoop4forjournalistsandeditors-en-2012.04.25-10.34.19.pdf

However that URL is a 404. Looking at http://objavi.booktype.pro/books/ the last book was created on 8th April.

yeah this is causing issue, it might eb a new version of wkhtmltopdf that is causing the issues so will rollback and test
