Missing file in ocaml-gstreamer tarball

Description

Somebody on the mailing list couldn't build, apparently because gstreamer_idl.ml(i) is missing from the full 1.0.0 tarball.

We could add those files to the tarball, but actually they should be generated by ocamlidl...

This file is actually generated by ocamlidl. It should be working in regular situation (ocamlidl present etc..).

So the situation is more complex than I initially thought. It looks like the guy building ocaml-gstreamer didn't have ocamlidl and the configure script didn't report this as an error. Do we need to require ocamlidl? we could maybe use a system like what's used to not require camlp4.

This is strange. It seems that camlidl is properly checked for in the configure... Moreover, the generated ml are present in the tarball, but I guess that OCamlMakefile wants to regenerate them...
