Remove references to svn

Description

I think that we have now definitely switched to hg. We should thus hide the svn repo from sf.net and more importantly remove all references to the svn in the doc.

I have disabled svn from sf. It shouldn't be a problem since it was getting really outdated but please tell me if it was a bad idea...

Thanks for doing it, Sam. You're welcome to do more. A few things that come to mind, in decreasing order of importance: remove doc about building from SVN, remove code for putting SVN info into liquidsoap's version, perhaps change +svn into +hg, change doc-svn into doc-hg, etc.

I did a little more today. Even more can be done, for example using +hg or +scm instead of svn in version numbers and directory names. But it's not critical for the release, and we need to focus on other matters.
