Description
it would be nice to have a telnet command to dump the current stream.
i can imagine a command
dumpfile(type,source,duration,destination+name)
if duration is not given, recording can be unlimited (until hdd is full :D ). maybe there could be a stopdump command to kill unlimited recording, or even better, you hookup the live source and close the file handle, when the live source finishes! with such commands you could generate streamrecords controlled by telnet, which could be activated by webpage, shellscript, cron, whatever...
ps: i know the possebillity to dump via configuration, thats not good if you don't want to dump each broadcast.
