Description

Please disable plugins "Debate" and "Poll" by default because they are not working within the standard theme for NS 4.0 (The New custodian).
Otherwise the user experience is not good, as it seems to him/her that the plugin is not working.

Disabled on http://new_custodian.lab.sourcefabric.org/ and http://rockstar.lab.sourcefabric.org/ which are the bases for creating the packages for distribution
