    Casting added to the select query building the list of issues to make sure the operation does not fail.

Description

Issue::GetIssues() makes use of mysql abs() to compute the order column when issues are translated into different languages. This breaks as explained here http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/server-sql-mode.html#sqlmode_no_unsigned_subtraction
