Allow editors and journalists to list and arrange links to related articles and external resources. Allow front-end display of the full context box.There could be more than one context box per article.

I think we should implement it as an extra widget in the edit article interface, not as an additional field type. It would be consistent with our ambition to have a fully widget-driven backend UI. In terms of implementation, it would arguably be faster than implementing a new article type field. See http://wiki.sourcefabric.org/display/CS/Context+Box+%28Related+Assets%29
