1) login and set language: English
2) Logout
3) login with switching to different language "Deutsch"
Actual result: Administration of Newscoop is still in English.
Expected result: Administration of Newscoop is in Germany.

I was found, that bug is validate with Firefox. Bug is invalid with Chrome.
