        Removing the phing library from the tarball did not prevent installation. Pushed to airtime-packaging repo as commit 060789e.

        Description

        Alessio notes that in the 2.0.0 tarball we have code from phing which is installed to /usr/share/airtime/library/phing

        Do we actually need this for installing or running Airtime, or is it only used for development? If it's the latter, can it be stripped from the release tarball?
