Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Change timezone to "Asia/Shanghai"
2. Create a weekly repeating show on the same day of the week as today
3. Observe that the shows are being scheduled to the next day of the week
May not be 100% reproducible, let me know if you can't reproduce it.
See attachment for a picture. Left side is what I see when I click on editing the show.
Notice "Select Days" says "Wednesday" but shows were added to Thursday.
