Upgrade script does not copy files correctly

        Description

        After updating from 1.8.2 or 1.9.0 to 1.9.1, playout is broken and the web interface is only partially upgraded. See for example:

        Also reported by Andrey and myself. Happens whether using the tarball or .deb package for the upgrade.
