Make shows in the calendar view display differently when there's a playlist inside

Description

In the calendar view, it isn't clear to a user when a show is empty or when it has a playlist inside; they have to right click on the show in question and select either "Schedule" or "Show Contents." It would be better if the show were presented differently when it's got something in it (possibly with a different color, an icon or a progress bar).

Doug: We have a progress bar showing in the calendar as long as there is enough room to show it. It shows how much of the show is filled with music. Please check this out and let me know what you think.

I didn't see this progress bar in either the monthly or weekly views, and only in the daily view when I changed the duration to be long enough to make it appear. If it only appears in the day view, could we move that progress bar to the right of the other info, i.e: 20:50 Test Show - Doug [XXXXXX---], on the same line? There seems to be enough room in the day view to allow for that.
