Description
Allow to put a stream into a show and set the beginning and end times.
For shows, have a convenience button for "use all remaining time".
(From user: "We use our rebroadcasting now to collaborate with other radio stations and pick up there live streams in between certain times.")
Allow to put a stream into a playlist and set the duration.
The library needs the ability to add a stream into it and name it. We might want the ability to set a default duration for the stream, so that the user isn't forced to enter begin and end times every time they add the stream to a show or playlist.

I suggest a stream URL should be able to be added to a playlist, so for example in a one hour news show you could have a mixture of pre-recorded content (e.g. syndicated bulletin, weather report) and live-from-the scene streams. If the whole show is live, then the playlist for the show will just contain one item, the remote stream URL.
