Description
When publishing a book any custom css added does not get applied.
Changes in the second custom CSS textarea (Booktype CSS) are applied, its the first box i am refering to.

"Not sent to server" and "Not applied" are two different things. It would be nice to see some live example of this, because in case saved values can't be used (because they can't be loaded) default values will be used instead.

CSS in the advanced panel must be sent regardless of whether the 'override' checkbox setting
Closing this ticket because original problem has been fixed some time ago. Entire wizzard thing for publishing is done in a wrong way and has to be changed.
