Creating Sub-Chapters

        Description

        When writing Documentation or Books I'd like to structure it a bit more than the current Section / Chapter1 , Chapter2, ... / Section / ... separation.
        It might be better to create a structure like

        SECTION1
        Chapter1
        ...Chapter1.1
        ...Chapter1.2
        Chapter2
        ...Chapter2.1
        Chapter3
        SECTION2
        Chapter4
        ...Chapter4.1

        And so on.

          I agree this is an important issue. We have discussed this in dev meetings and looking at solutions. For now I am assigning this to 1.7 but it will need to be reviewed after 1.6 is released.
