Description

prerequisite: have 2 people working on same book (e.g. USER1 and admin)

1) login as admin
2) watch the right panel - you must be able to see recent activity on the book

3) click on "Send a Reply" and try to send a reply (by clicking on "Share")

Obtained result:

Once a Send Reply dialog popped up it does not seem possible to send a reply- the Dialog does NOT dissapear

This is only visible if Booktype server is not able to send email. During the process of sending email Messaging app is not ignoring errors and dialog box is not closing because of this. This works on systems where it is possible to send email.

This has been fixed for this case [when Booktype can or can not send email]. Also noticed this problem at another location - when user is trying to retrieve forgotten password. Fixed it there also.
